The dynamic pass box is a Class A auxiliary cleanroom device designed for transferring small items between clean and non-clean areas while minimizing contamination.
Key Features:
Laminar Flow Design: Upward supply and downward return airflow with HEPA and pre-filter system (G4 + H14)
Air Speed: 0.36–0.54 m/s measured 150 mm below the air outlet
Construction: 304# stainless steel cold-rolled plate with reinforced rib design
Sterilization: Integrated UV sterilizer and PAO injection port
Cleanroom Grade: Class A internal cleanliness with dual-layer tempered glass doors
Noise Level: <65 dB under normal operation
Control System: Fan start/stop, built-in door interlock, UV lamp timer, electronic access port
Monitoring: Differential pressure gauge (±5 Pa accuracy)
Technical Options: Available in multiple models with varying work areas (400×400 mm to 800×800 mm), power ratings (0.2–0.6 kW), and filter sizes.
Applications: Ideal for cleanrooms in pharmaceutical, biotech, and microelectronics industries requiring contamination-free material transfer.
